Brief Introduction of The Second Era Intelligent High Frequency Power System

    The High Frequency Intelligent Power Supply System is one of the most significant symbols which distinguish central line cutting machine tool from the normal line cutting.The Pixie ¢ò is currently the most powerful high frequency intelligent system in capacity in China, which is a high performance intelligent system involving multiple CPU operations and which is an independently developed and fully owned product with intellectual property rights by our company. The design philosophy of Pixie ¢ò comes from automatic camera. The operator does not need to adjust any discharge parameters before a perfect product is processed.
    What an operator need to do is on the displayer, select the options of material, thickness and Ravalue, the rest will be operated and controlled automatically by the Pixie ¢ò:
    1. The discharge parameter is intelligentized: The Pixie ¢ò will automatically select the best fitting parameters from the expert.
    2. Number of times of cutting is intelligentized: The number of cutting times will be automatically decided by the Pixie according to the selected parameters.
    3. The processing allowance is intelligentized: The Pixie ¢ò will automatically determine each processing allowance and list it in a form for you r reference.
    4. Cutting follow-up procedure is intelligentized: According to different parameters, the Pixie ¢ò will automatically select the best follow-up frequency.
    5. The diagnosis of short-circuit is intelligentized: The Pixie ¢ò may diagnose in advance on short-circuit conditions and prior to the short circuit taken place. take control and follow up with the frequency, completely eliminate any possibility of short circuit.
    6. The control of electrode thread rate is intelligentized: The Pixie ¢ò may automatically determine the running speed of the electrode thread according to the different energies consumed in each cutting.

1Generator

  1. The electric appliances of the machine tool is non-relay working style, type of electronic control is introduced to all its logic motions, which enable safe and reliable mode of operations.
  2. The running of thread canister uses untouched button, which is easy to take control of the silicon, reducing press and achieving diversion flexibly. Meanwhile, due to the adoption of AC variable frequency circuit and 4 classes of intelligent /manual governing of the speed, the thread canister is therefore operating smoothly and reliably without noise and impact.
  3. Functions of multiple protection and alarming: Automatic protection of excessive journey of thread canister; automatic shutdown protection against the stubble of the machine tool; automatic rollback protection against short circuit; automatic memorizing protection against unexpected power cut; automatic sounding alarm to short circuit; automatic sounding alarm at stubble and automatic stop the machine tool when a job is finished and reminds with an alarm.
      1. The tension indicator is designed with patent, which enables effective control of the electrode thread.
      2. The waterproof guide wheel is designed with patent, which effective control of the service life of the guide wheel and the bearing.
      3. The working table is entirely adopted with Taiwan linear-guide.
      4. The specialized designed, insert type of flexible and gapless cogwheel gearing ensures the transmission of X and Y axles gapless.

    • Use industrial PC, which is conformable to the requirements of UL£¯CSA£¯TUV in safety performance, having very well adaptability to the environment and applicable for dusty and damp working conditions.
